An independent liquidation wholesaler
Direct Pallet Outlet is a liquidation wholesaler based in San Antonio, Texas. We buy customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls that originate from major U.S. retailers and brands, and we resell that inventory to anyone who can put it to use: resellers, discount and bin stores, flea market vendors, online sellers, exporters and bargain hunters.
We run the business on three rules: a price on every lot without a membership, delivery included anywhere in the 50 states, and a 30-day return on every lot with no restocking fee.

Every listing shows the price for the whole lot, photos, and a description that states the condition of the lot and whether it is manifested. A lot is manifested only when a manifest file is attached to its listing; a listing without a manifest file is an unmanifested lot, and most of our lots are unmanifested. Mystery Boxes are unmanifested lots sold by category and pallet count only. Our Buyer’s Guide explains the condition grades and what a manifest does and does not tell you.

You do not need an account or a membership to see what a lot costs.
No minimum order
Buy a single pallet or a full truckload.
Open to everyone aged 18 or older
Businesses and individuals can both buy. A resale certificate is only needed if you want a sales tax exemption.
Free shipping to all 50 states
Every order ships free to any address in the 50 states and Washington, D.C., Alaska and Hawaii included, with no minimum. Liftgate and residential delivery are included. The only charges that can arise after checkout are carrier charges caused by incorrect delivery details or a missed delivery, listed in section 7 of our Shipping Policy, and storage fees on a pickup order that is not collected.
30-day returns, no restocking fee
Return any lot within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup for a refund of the lot price. You pay the return shipping unless the problem is ours or the carrier’s. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how.

What to expect from liquidation
Being straight about liquidation
Liquidation merchandise costs less because it is sold as-is, in bulk, without testing or sorting. A pallet of customer returns will contain items that work, items that do not, and items that are missing parts or packaging.
That is why we offer a 30-day return policy with no restocking fee. If a lot is not what you need,return it for a refund of the lot price; you pay only the return shipping. If the problem is ours or the carrier’s, which we call an Eligible Claim, we pay the return shipping too. The four Eligible Claims are:

Where we ship
All 50 states, free
We ship free to all 50 states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to U.S. territories and international destinations are shipped by written quote. Every lot ships from our warehouse in San Antonio, Texas, unless its listing states a different origin city and state. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days to every address in the 50 states and Washington, D.C., Alaska and Hawaii included.
Local pickup at our San Antonio warehouse is free and by appointment: place your order online, then email us your order number before it ships and we switch it to pickup. Our Shipping Policy has the details.
