Freight is the line item that turns an apparently cheap pallet into an expensive one. Plenty of liquidation sellers quote a low lot price and add shipping at checkout, or quote freight separately after you have committed. Ours is included, and it is worth being precise about what that means.
What is included
- Delivery to every address in the 50 states and Washington, D.C. Alaska and Hawaii included, at no extra charge.
- Liftgate service. A liftgate lowers the pallet from the trailer to the ground. Without one you need a dock. This is normally a paid accessorial on LTL freight; it is included here.
- Residential delivery. Also normally a paid accessorial. Included.
- Curbside placement. The carrier brings it to the kerb at your address.
In other words, the price on the listing is the price for the lot delivered. There is no freight quote step and no accessorial surprise.
The timings
- Handling time: 1 to 2 business days after your payment clears.
- Transit time: 2 to 5 business days, whether the lot goes by parcel, LTL freight or as a full truckload.
- Total: 3 to 7 business days after payment clears.
A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Note that handling starts when payment clears, not when you place the order — that distinction matters if you pay by bank wire rather than by card at checkout. We also accept Zelle, Apple Pay and Chime.
What is not included
Being straight about the edges:
- Unloading. Curbside means curbside. Getting the pallet from the kerb into your space is yours. For a truckload you need a dock or a forklift, and carriers usually allow about 2 hours of free unloading time before charging for delay.
- Inside delivery or specific placement. Not part of curbside delivery.
- Appointment windows the carrier does not offer. Carriers will usually call to arrange delivery; they will not always hit a narrow slot.
- Re-delivery after a missed delivery. If nobody is there to receive and sign, re-delivery and storage charges can follow. Be there, or arrange someone who can sign.
- International shipping. We deliver within the 50 states and Washington, D.C. Exporters buy from us regularly, but the freight beyond a U.S. address is theirs to arrange.
Make the delivery go smoothly
- Give a phone number the carrier can actually reach, and answer it.
- Clear the receiving space before the truck arrives.
- Inspect and photograph all four sides of each pallet before you sign — see how to inspect a pallet delivery.
- Report damage or a shortage within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Local pickup
If you are in or near San Antonio, pickup from 7402 Reindeer Trail is free by appointment. We send a ready notice when the lot is available. The first week is free; from day 8 after the ready notice storage runs at 10 dollars per pallet per day, and an order still uncollected after 21 calendar days may be cancelled with the lot price refunded less accrued storage.
The complete terms — handling, transit, carriers, pickup, refused deliveries and claims — are in the Shipping Policy.
