How a Custom Liquidation Truckload Differs From Standard Loads
Standard truckloads are built from whatever a category produces. A custom load works a little differently:
- Start with a conversation. Contact the store before ordering to talk about which departments or kinds of stock you are interested in. What can be included depends on what is available at the time.
- No contents are promised. Even with preferences agreed, the load is not itemized or manifested, and the exact mix, pallet count and piece count vary.
- Same condition terms. A custom truckload is still used and as-is stock, not hand-picked or graded goods.
- Planning matters more. Because you are shaping the load, think through your channels, storage and labor before the call.
- Receiving is the same. It arrives curbside as a freight delivery, so plan a dock, forklift or pallet jack.
What Arrives
Multiple pallets of general merchandise. Departments represented, quantities and brands are not listed. Branded goods have no certificate of authenticity. Any electronics may hold a previous owner’s data or be locked to an account and are not reset by the store.
Condition and Testing
Items are not individually tested. Expect everything from unopened to used, damaged, incomplete or not working. Inspect any powered goods before use.
Who Uses Custom Loads
Established resellers with clear channels: bin store owners, discount retailers, exporters, and wholesalers who repack loads into a general merchandise pallet for others. It is bulk inventory for resellers who already know which categories work for them. No outcome is promised.
Freight
Freight anywhere in the US is included, and delivery is curbside. A loading dock, forklift or pallet jack makes unloading easiest; if you have none, mention it when you contact the store before ordering. Pickup by appointment is possible; storage terms are in the Shipping Policy.
Terms
The load is sold as-is. Returns are handled under the Returns & Refund Policy, even though the load is unmanifested, and damage, shortage and defect concerns follow that page and the Shipping Policy.
