Lot 5 is an electronics liquidation pallet of assorted gadgets with no contents list, sold used and as-is, and freight anywhere in the US is part of the price. The record-keeping advice for it is deliberately minimal: a single index card per item and one shoebox.
The Index-Card Method for an Electronics Liquidation Pallet
Not everyone wants spreadsheets. Paper works perfectly well for a skid of gadgets if you keep it disciplined.
- One card per piece. Front: a number, the item type and model. Back: notes from your bench check.
- Rubber-band the card to the item while it sits on the shelf. When it leaves, the card goes in the box behind a divider marked Gone.
- Dividers by status: To Check, Ready, Listed, Gone, Scrap.
- Write the exit channel on the card when a piece leaves: market, online, parts buyer, recycler.
- Count the dividers monthly. If To Check keeps growing, you are buying faster than you can process.
When you finish the skid, the Gone and Scrap stacks tell you exactly how Lot 5 turned out, with no software at all. Keep the box; it becomes your reference for judging future skids.
Lot 5 Overview
Titled Electronics Liquidation Pallet and filed under Electronics, delivered as one skid. Counts often fall between 20 and 120 pieces, which is a typical spread and not a promise. No item list is provided.
Condition Disclosure
This skid is untested, as-is liquidation inventory. Some cartons could be unopened; many units will be handled, scratched, missing parts or dead, and some units may have been returned for faults. We plug in nothing. Gadgets with memory may still hold someone’s files or carry a sign-in lock; we leave them as received. Look over every unit before use or resale and recycle batteries properly.
Who This Suits
Solo sellers, retirees running a booth, and small shops stocking pallets for bin stores or a gadget shelf, who want a simple way to track bulk electronics for resale.
Shipping and Pickup
US freight is covered in the price. The freight truck drops the skid at the curb, as set out in the Shipping Policy, so a dock, forklift or pallet jack will make the job easier. Without any of them, check with the store before placing the order. You can also collect by appointment, with holding terms set out in the Shipping Policy.
The Fine Print
Sold as-is and unmanifested. Returns are handled under the Returns & Refund Policy, and transit damage or missing goods go through that page and the Shipping Policy.
Index-Card FAQ
Is paper really enough?
For one or two skids at a time, yes. Switch to a spreadsheet when you outgrow the box.
What notes belong on the back of the card?
Powers on or not, missing parts, cosmetic damage, and whether data was cleared.
Is anything listed for Lot 5 in advance?
No. The skid is not itemized.
