When an iPhone 15 Pro Max liquidation pallet arrives, the first few hours should go on a disciplined triage that sorts every handset before anyone starts listing. The pallet comes from our Electronics department, sold used and as-is, and freight anywhere in the US is included. Apple is named because the lot is described as its devices; the company has no part in selling them.
Triage plan for an iPhone 15 Pro Max liquidation pallet
Set up (15 minutes)
Clear a table, lay down a soft mat, and have chargers, cables, a magnifier, a notebook and sticker labels ready. Photograph the sealed shipment before opening.
Round one: power
Label each handset, then try to switch it on. Those that do not respond go on charge for a while, then get one more try. Record boots, charges only, or no response.
Round two: lock status
On units that boot, check whether an activation lock screen appears and whether the device shows carrier restrictions. Record each result.
Round three: physical condition
Check screen, back glass, frame, cameras, buttons and port under good light. Note cracks, dents and signs of liquid exposure.
Round four: group
- A: boots, no locks found, minor wear
- B: boots, no locks found, visible damage
- C: locked or account-tied
- D: no power or severe damage, parts only
These letters are your own working groups, not a grade from the store.
About the lot
One Electronics pallet lot named iPhone 15 Pro Max. The department guide of 20 to 120 items is typical only. It is an unmanifested pallet, so the mix of conditions is unknown until triage.
Condition, data and locks
Classed as used and sold as-is. Units are not tested, erased, reset or released from accounts by us. Any of them may hold personal data or be locked to iCloud or a carrier; the buyer must handle data removal and activation before resale. No certificate of authenticity is included.
Who it suits
Repair shops, refurbishers and resellers who buy an untested electronics pallet and run a structured intake process. Bulk lots for resellers in phones demand time per unit.
Delivery
Freight anywhere in the US is part of the price. It is delivered curbside; receive the shipment at a dock or with a forklift or pallet jack (contact the store beforehand if you have none), or book local pickup; the Shipping Policy has storage terms.
Terms
As-is. Report freight damage, shortage or defects under the Returns & Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy; returns are handled under the Returns & Refund Policy.
Triage questions
How long should I charge a phone that will not start?
A reasonable period on a known-good charger; if it still shows nothing, put it in group D.
Can I remove an activation lock myself?
Only the account owner can release it. Treat locked units as parts unless that happens.
Should I wipe phones during triage?
Wiping comes after triage, once you know which devices you will resell.
