A quick back-of-envelope estimate of effort pays off before you buy a medium electronics liquidation pallet. Lot 73 is one pallet of mixed electronics, sold used and as-is, untested and unmanifested, with freight anywhere in the US included, and the worksheet below helps you size the job in advance.
Labor Worksheet for a Medium Electronics Liquidation Pallet
Fill in the blanks with your own numbers. The structure matters more than any default figure.
Line 1: expected piece count
The typical range is 20 to 120 items, not guaranteed. Write down both ends.
Line 2: minutes per piece, light touch
Glance, sort, tag. This applies to every item.
Line 3: minutes per piece, full check
Cable, power, pairing, cleaning. Estimate what share of pieces will get this treatment.
Line 4: minutes per listing
Photos and description for items going online.
Line 5: device handling
Extra minutes for phones, tablets or smart devices that need data removal or a lock check. The store does not wipe or unlock devices.
Line 6: fixed tasks
Receiving, breakdown, cleanup, an e-waste run. These do not scale with count.
Total
Add the lines at both ends of the count range. The gap between them shows how much your schedule needs to flex.
Reality check
After the pallet, compare your estimate with actual hours. Most first estimates run short, usually on line 3.
Inside Lot 73
The pallet is listed as medium electronics. No manifest is provided, and products are unknown until delivery.
Condition
This untested electronics pallet is sold as used, mixed-condition stock. Some pieces may look unopened while others are worn, incomplete, damaged or not working. We do not grade units. Battery items may have been returned for faults; inspect them before use and recycle cells under local rules.
Who It Suits
Sellers who plan their weeks: part-time online resellers, bin stores staffing a sorting shift, repair benches. As-is liquidation inventory goes further with a realistic schedule, and pallets for bin stores usually need less time per item than online listings.
Freight and Pickup
Freight is included in the price anywhere in the US. The carrier drops the pallet at the curb, where a dock, forklift or pallet jack makes unloading easier; if you have none of them, contact the store before ordering. Appointment pickup is possible. The Shipping Policy lists storage terms.
Terms
Lot 73 is sold as-is, yet returns are accepted under the Returns & Refund Policy, with return freight on the buyer and no restocking fee. Problem reports go through that page and the Shipping Policy.
Worksheet FAQ
What share of items should I fully check?
That depends on your outlets; online sellers usually check more than bin stores.
Does the worksheet include shipping orders?
Add a line for packing if you sell online.
Can I reuse the worksheet for other lots?
