An inspection station is the single most useful thing to build before a medium electronics liquidation pallet arrives, and Lot 83 is the kind of stock it is built for: one pallet of mixed electronics, used and as-is, untested, with freight anywhere in the US included.
Building an Inspection Bench
The surface
A sturdy table at standing height, covered with an anti-static or rubber mat. Good overhead light plus a movable lamp for close looks at ports and screens.
Power
A surge-protected power strip with switch, mounted within reach. A small multimeter or battery tester for checking cells and adapters.
The cable wall
Pegboard or a drawer of labeled cables: USB-C, micro-USB, Lightning, barrel adapters in common sizes, HDMI, auxiliary audio, figure-eight and three-prong power cords. Most delays come from a missing cable.
Tools
Small screwdriver set, spudgers, isopropyl alcohol and lint-free cloths, compressed air, a magnifier.
Safety
A metal bin with sand or a fire-resistant bag for any battery that looks swollen, hot or damaged. Never charge a suspect battery unattended.
Records
Stickers, a marker and a clipboard or tablet for logging each item’s result.
Using the Bench on a Medium Electronics Liquidation Pallet
Move items onto the bench one at a time. Look, clean, connect, power on, note the result, tag it, move it off. Anything that will not power on with a known-good cable goes to a parts or recycling tote.
What the Pallet Holds
Lot 83 is listed as medium electronics. No manifest is supplied, and the typical count of 20 to 120 items is not guaranteed.
Condition Notes
This untested electronics pallet is sold as used, mixed-condition stock. Items may look untouched or be worn, broken, incomplete or missing accessories. We do not grade or test anything. Phones, tablets and smart devices may retain data or account locks; the store does not wipe or unlock them. Returned battery goods may be faulty, so inspect them and use local battery recycling.
Who Benefits
Repair shops, careful marketplace sellers and bin store owners stocking as-is liquidation inventory. Pallets for bin stores move faster when the bench has already flagged dead units.
Delivery
Freight to US addresses is included. Delivery is curbside, and a dock, forklift or pallet jack makes the unload far easier. If you have none of these, contact the store before ordering, or book pickup; the Shipping Policy lists storage terms.
Purchase Terms
Sold as-is. Returns are accepted under the Returns & Refund Policy, with return freight paid by the buyer and no restocking fee; freight damage reports also follow the Shipping Policy.
Bench FAQ
Is a multimeter necessary?
Not essential, but it quickly tells you whether an adapter or battery is the problem.
Should I open devices on the bench?
Only if you repair; otherwise note the fault and move on.
What about items that need an app to set up?
Note that, and check whether an account lock is present before resale.
