A mixed perfume liquidation pallet is one pallet of assorted fragrance from our Health & Beauty department, sold used and as-is in mixed condition. Freight anywhere in the US is included, and the lot is far easier to manage if every item gets logged before it goes onto a shelf, using the lightweight ledger described below. Beauty pallets commonly hold in the region of 150 to 400 items, but that range describes past loads rather than a commitment for this one.
Inside the Mixed Perfume Liquidation Pallet
What we know comes from the listing: it is a mixed perfume pallet. There is no named brand and no manifest. Scent names, bottle sizes and quantities only become clear once the wrap is off.
Condition Notes
Handle the whole lot as used. Some pieces might look factory-wrapped; some might be partly used, missing atomizers or caps, or broken in transit. We do not check cellophane, batch codes or expiry markings, and we do not list them.
- Inspect every unit on arrival, including its wrap, any leaks and printed dates.
- Never resell anything that is open, damaged or out of date.
- Keep stock away from heat and direct sun, since perfume is flammable.
- Read carrier rules before posting any item to a customer, as fragrance can be regulated.
A Logbook Approach to Inventory
Scents are small, varied and easy to misplace. A plain ledger or spreadsheet turns a mixed heap into stock you can actually locate.
Give each item an ID
Use small removable stickers marked in sequence. If a piece has no carton, put it in a zip bag and sticker that.
Capture five fields
- Name and volume as printed on the label.
- Wrap status: factory-wrapped, open, or unclear.
- Visible defects: leak, crack, dented carton, missing cap.
- Batch code if printed, so its age can be looked up later.
- Decision: list online, sell locally, set aside, or recycle packaging.
Review weekly
Once a week, filter the ledger by “decision” and see what is still waiting. Anything stuck in the unclear column needs a closer look or should be withheld rather than offered.
The ledger also gives you a factual record if you ever need to describe a damaged arrival under the store’s policies.
Typical Buyers
Beauty resellers, gift shop owners, market vendors and online sellers familiar with fragrance shipping rules make up most customers for this wholesale liquidation pallet. It suits people prepared to sort and document, not those who need shelf-ready goods.
How It Ships
Freight anywhere in the US is part of the price. It moves as a freight pallet and is delivered curbside, according to the Shipping Policy. A dock, forklift or pallet jack makes the unload easier, and if you have none of them, contact the store before you order. Pickup by appointment is also available, and the Shipping Policy explains storage terms for collected orders.
Purchase Terms
This is as-is liquidation inventory, and the pallet is unmanifested. Shortage and transit damage reports follow the Shipping Policy, while returns are accepted under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Perfume Pallet FAQ
Do you list batch codes?
No. Codes are not checked or recorded before shipping, which is why logging them on arrival is useful.
How should I record a bottle with no carton?
Bag it, give it an ID sticker like any other item, and note “no carton” in the wrap status column so the resale listing describes it accurately.
What if items arrive leaking?
Photograph them and follow the steps in the Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
