Lot 14 is a general merchandise liquidation pallet of assorted goods, sold used and as-is, with freight to any US address included. Online buyers cannot pick up an item and turn it over, so when you list pieces from it, your listing text has to do the job your customer’s hands would.
Transparent Online Listings for Used Liquidation Goods
Use the right condition setting
Most marketplaces offer condition choices such as used, open box or for parts. Choose the one that matches what you actually know. If you have not tested it, do not pick a setting that implies testing.
Lead with the facts
Put the essentials near the top: used liquidation item, what you checked, what is missing, any visible damage.
Answer questions plainly
When a buyer asks whether something works, tell them exactly what you tried. “It powers on; I did not test the remote” is better than “works great”.
Photograph the real unit
Show the actual item, flaws included. Manufacturer images suggest a new, complete product.
Handle disputes calmly
Clear listings reduce disputes, and when one happens, your photos and notes help resolve it fairly.
About the General Merchandise Liquidation Pallet
Lot 14 is an assorted merchandise pallet from our General Merchandise department. It is not manifested. A typical lot carries 100 to 300 pieces; the count is not guaranteed.
What We Disclose to You
The same honesty applies to us. The pallet is sold as used, as-is liquidation inventory in mixed condition. Items range from sealed to clearly used, and some may be damaged, incomplete, missing parts or not working. We do not test or itemize. Devices may still carry a former owner’s account or files, and we do not wipe them. Personal-care and food goods need seal and date checks before resale.
Who This Suits
Online marketplace sellers, pallets for bin stores and flea market vendors. No sales result is promised.
Delivery
Freight to any US address is included. Expect curbside delivery, as stated in the Shipping Policy. Having a dock, forklift or pallet jack on hand makes it easier, and anyone without these should message the store before ordering. You may also collect it by appointment; pickup storage terms are in our Shipping Policy.
As-Is Terms
Lot 14 is sold as-is and unmanifested. Returns are handled under the Returns & Refund Policy, and damage, shortage and defect reports follow that page and the Shipping Policy.
Marketplace Honesty FAQ
Should I mention the item came from a liquidation pallet?
Saying it is a used item is the important part; the source detail is up to you.
What if a sealed item turns out incomplete?
That is why we suggest describing sealed stock as liquidation stock rather than new.
Can I list Lot 14 items as tested?
Only those you have tested yourself, and say what the test involved.
