Getting ready for a general merchandise liquidation pallet before the truck pulls up saves a lot of stress on delivery day. Lot 19 is an unmanifested pallet of assorted general merchandise, sold used and as-is with freight anywhere in the US included, and the checklist below covers what to have in place.
Receiving-Day Checklist for Your General Merchandise Liquidation Pallet
Equipment
- A loading dock, forklift or pallet jack. Delivery is curbside and drivers are not expected to hand-unload a pallet; if you have none of these, contact the store before ordering.
- Utility knife or safety cutter for the stretch wrap.
- Gloves, since broken glass or sharp edges are possible in mixed stock.
- A phone or camera for photos.
Space
- A clear path from the truck to where the pallet will sit.
- Room beside it for sorting tables and bins.
Paperwork
- Your order details to hand.
- Time to look over the load before signing the delivery receipt. Photograph torn wrap or crushed corners and note them on the paperwork.
People
- A helper makes unwrapping and sorting faster and safer.
What Comes on Lot 19
A blend of goods from our general merchandise pallet stream, not itemized and different on every load. Typical counts are 100 to 300 pieces, which is not guaranteed.
Condition and Testing
Sold used and as-is. Expect mixed condition, from sealed boxes to items that are worn, cracked, incomplete or dead. Nothing is tested. Any device that turns up may hold someone’s data or be activation-locked, and we do not reset them. Any personal care or food items need their seals and dates checked before any resale.
Where It Goes Next
Resale inventory by the pallet like this serves online sellers, bin stores, flea markets and discount outlets. Results are not promised.
Freight and Collection Options
Shipping anywhere in the US is part of the price. If receiving freight is not practical, book local pickup by appointment instead; storage terms for pickups are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Terms and Reporting
The lot is sold as-is and unmanifested. Report damage, shortage or defects under our Shipping Policy. Returns are accepted under our Returns & Refund Policy, where the buyer pays return freight on standard returns and there is no restocking fee.
Delivery Questions

Plan on unloading it yourself with a dock, forklift or pallet jack.
What should I do if the wrap is torn?

Can I collect Lot 19 instead?
Yes, by appointment. Bring a vehicle or trailer that can carry a full pallet, and review the pickup storage terms in our Shipping Policy first.
How soon should I unwrap it?
Promptly. Checking the load soon after delivery makes it easier to spot and document any freight damage.
